The FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide food and beverage service to guests in various food and beverage service facilities.

The BARTENDING NC ll Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to operate a bar, prepare and mix cocktails and non-alcoholic concoctions and provide basic wine service to guests in all food and beverage service providers except for “Specialty Coffee Shops”.

They serve as a constant traveling companion for the tourists and see to it that whatever is contracted by the tour operator abroad is given as per contract as specified in the itinerary.

This assessment evaluates/assesses the skills, knowledge, and attitudes required in rendering catering services on board ship in accordance with maritime industry standards. Its core of training covers competencies in providing mess hall services, performing housekeeping services as well as providing assistance in receiving and storing provision and supplies.

This course covers the comprehensive competencies required to become a responsible and effective mess man working on board in commercial and/or passenger vessels serving the international trade.

It includes competencies on event planning such as planning and developing an event proposal, concept, and program, selecting a venue and site and updating event industry knowledge, as well as competencies in on-site event management such as providing onsite management services, managing contractors and updating knowledge on protocol.
