Food & Beverages Services NC II

To evolve students and trainees in the realization of standard and advanced practices in Table Services Manners and Qualification. Cultivate strengths, potential and hidden skills, and to be able to fully understand the efficient delivery and execution of Dining Room and Restaurant Services “World Class”. Headed by an F&B Manager. The biggest department in the hotel operations as it covers, gallery, bars, dining room and room services and provisions. Maitre D’Hotel or Restaurant Manager leads the outlet.

The FOOD AND BEVERAGE SERVICES NC II Qualification consists of competencies that a person must achieve to provide food and beverage service to guests in various food and beverage service facilities.

Ship’s Catering Services NC I

This course is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, and attitudes of Stewarding in accordance with industry standards. It covers core competencies such as perform mess hall service, perform housekeeping service and providing assistance in receiving and storing provision and supplies. This course is also designed to enhance the basic and common knowledge, skills and attitudes of an individual in the field of stewarding.

This course covers the comprehensive competencies required to become a responsible and effective mess man working on board in commercial and/or passenger vessels serving the international trade.

This course “ TRAINERS METHODOLOGY LEVEL I “ consists of competencies a TVET trainer performing functions of trainer and assessor must achieve. A TVET trainer is a person who enables a learner or a group of learners to develop competencies to performing a particular trade or technical work.

This qualification is designed to enhance the knowledge, skills, positive attitude and work values of the learner in accordance with the prevailing standards in the Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) sector. This encompasses competencies required of a Technical–Vocational Trainer to perform the tasks in the areas of instructional delivery/ facilitation, competency assessment, and maintenance of training resources/facilities.
